LimsTricS has been the Authorised Distributor and Strategic Implementation Partner for Thermo Fisher Scientific Digital Science Division, region Sub-Saharan Africa, since 1998. We have extensive firsthand experience in the rollout of a standard Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) configuration within a large environment.

In collaboration with the South African Sugar Association, LimsTricS rolled out fourteen standard Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS systems to all the sugar mills in South Africa, two sugar mills in Zimbabwe, two sugar mills in Mozambique and eleven mills in Kenya.

LimsTricS deployed Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS at Eskom for all the laboratories at the power stations, central laboratories at Rosherville and branch laboratories located across South Africa.

To date the Eskom LIMS is the largest single LIMS deployment in South Africa.

We currently support over fifty LIMS systems as far north as Nigeria in Africa. LimsTricS also offers all the standard training courses locally in South Africa and on customer sites where required.
